2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Methods

Delivery times vary by region and carrier. Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days. All times are approximate and may be affected by customs or local delays.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.

For orders under $99, shipping costs are as follows:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link once your order ships. You can track your order in real time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
