At CIAO MEW, we want you to feel good about every part of your purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help. While we currently don’t offer refunds to your original payment method, eligible orders may receive store credit that can be used toward your next pick.
Didn’t love your item?
No worries! If your order wasn’t what you hoped for, just email us at support@ciaomew.com within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to work with you and offer store credit for your next choice.
Item arrived damaged?
We’re so sorry about that. If your item was damaged during shipping, please email us at support@ciaomew.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll work with you to find the best solution—whether that’s store credit, a replacement, or another option.
Note: Final decisions will be made at the discretion of the CIAO MEW team.
